We were enlisted to assist Forcepoint in the transition from product-independent software to SaaS. Commissioned for experimental work, we took the lead in discovery, engaging stakeholders, creating user stories, and collaborating with development to bridge the gap for Forcepoint's ambitious shift toward creating a best-in-class data loss prevention product.

Our primary focus was on enterprise-level policy creation and implementation. By crafting a robust, user-friendly experience, we delivered prototypes and established an initial product design system embracing modern patterns. This not only met the technical requirements but also achieved the emotive goal of offering a lightweight feel for a data-heavy product. Our experimental efforts played a pivotal role in laying the groundwork for Forcepoint's successful journey into the SaaS landscape.
