Talentcrowd uses their decades of expertise to help companies hire top-tier tech talent through a robust network of North American engineers, designers and managers.

The design strategy was to tell Talentcrowd’s story, showcase the intangibles and connect those looking to hire with those looking for work. We wanted the visual representation of Talentcrowd to capture the essence of the energy their services unlocked in their clientele, in a playful and human way that was relatable. Thus, these became the core concepts of the brand: Linking, Teams, Professionalism and Craft.

As a brand new company with service offerings, we lead the design of Talentcrowd, bringing its branding to life and through its first website launch.
