As the industry leader in tech certifications and courses, CompTIA sought to transition from on-location services to the world of digital learning.

While operating on-campus testing and learning programs remains central to CompTIA’s strength, the challenge was to align with modern trends and expand their online offerings. Our task was to identify their current business-integrated partners and develop a seamless transition to building their own string-free digital platform.

Through stakeholder and partner interviews, we crafted design solutions enabling students to manage their accounts, vouchers, and exam schedules. CompTIA employee tools empowered them to take action on student accounts. The end result reduced frontend dependencies on partners and paved the way towards achieving tech independence.
